We are aware of the fact that some of you might experience loading issues in Diamond Dash. For the past weeks we have been working feverishly to solve the problem.

To gather more information about the loading issue happening for users we need to get the information from the javascript console in Chrome. This is where you come in! In order to assist us in solving the issue, we have created a list of things for you to do so that we better understand what exactly is happening.

We would appreciate it a lot if you would cooperate with us regarding this issue.

The process should be the same for all operating systems.

Please take a screenshot of the loading issue occurring on your computer.

Open Chrome, make sure you are logged into facebook on the account with the loading issue. 

navigate to Diamond Dash

Click on the settings icon in the top right hand side of Chrome and select: Tools > Developer Tools

The developer console should now be open in the browser.

Select the "Console" tab on the right end of the developer console.

Refresh the page. The console should fill with text and list any errors.

Please highlight this text as you would any text in a text editor and copy and pase it into a plain text file. For example notepad for windows or textedit for mac osx.
