Your Garden

Each plant has a unique harvesting time. It can take from 1 minute to 70 hours to grow. The harvesting output is 2-5 times more than the initial plant. Your plants are kept in the plants tab on the bottom right-hand corner of your game. Click on the Plant Shop or on the plants tab in your inventory, and move the mouse over the plant in question to get details such as the selling price, harvest time, output crops, points for harvesting and points for planting.

If you do not want to wait for the allocated growing time, there are 2 methods which will speed up the growth of the plant.

1) Magic Wands (See Article 'Magic Wands').
2) Asking friends to fertilize your Plants for you (see below).

To fertilize a friend’s plant you need to go into their garden and place your mouse cursor over a growing plant. Your cursor will then change into a blue bag of fertilizer, and you just ‘click’ your mouse to subtract 1 hour off the growing time of that particular plant.
If you hover your mouse over a plant and you don’t see a blue bag of fertilizer, that means that the plant is already fully grown. You can do this for a friend up to five times every 24 hours.

To revive a friend’s plant you need to go into their garden and place your mouse cursor over a dead plant. Your cursor will then change into a magic wand and you just ‘click’ to revive the dead plant. You can do this for a friend up to five times every 24 hours. See the garden below to know what a dead plant looks like.

To sell a plant, click on the Plant Shop and then on the plant you would like to sell. It will then prompt you to place the total amount of that plant you would like to sell. Once you are ready, click sell. Keep in mind that you only get ½ of the coins back from the original purchase price of the plant in question. Our advice is to keep your plants and sell them to Robert (See Article 'Robert & Roberta').

To buy a Plant, click on the Plant Shop and then on the Buy tab. Select the Plant you would like to purchase. It will then prompt you to place the number of that Plant you would like to buy. Once you are ready, click Buy.

When you first start the game you automatically get 4 plots. In Level 2 you get 6 more plots. From Level 3 you can buy 4 additional plots (each time you purchase them) on top of the ones you already have.

To buy plots click on the expand button. You can use normal coins or Facebook credits. If your next plot offer is grey and you cannot click on it, you will need to wait until you have more points for that plot offer to be available to you.

If you have plots in your inventory which you have not placed yet, they will be shown in the plot button (shown below).

It is not possible to remove or sell plots but you can move them around your garden. To do this click the hand button and then click on the plot to move it and click again to place it.

In Level 8 you have the opportunity to begin expanding the size (Fence Area) of your garden.

In order to expand your fence area, click on the expand button. You can use either normal coins or Facebook credits. If your next fence size offer is grey and you cannot click on it, you will need to wait until you have more points for that fence area offer to become available to you.

At this stage, the maximum number of plots is 126 and the maximum fence size is 28x28. If you have reached this then please be patient with us!

Developing a computer game requires a lot of time and several things need to be tested out before new features or expansions can be released. Unfortunately, this is not possible every week.

Moreover, garden expansions cannot be launched just like that. Bigger gardens also require a bigger database that needs to be administrated.

If this capacity is not available, the game becomes extremely slow or doesn't work properly. We first need to increase our sources, so that the game can load with a bigger garden without problems.

If you cannot expand your plots or fence area (even though you are on the applicable level) then please download the latest version of Flash Player.
- Go HERE to download Flash Player
- Follow the easy steps to install it
- Restart your browser and try using the features you were having problems with on Monster World
